regarding which method to do the via hole.it's a very simple decision.however,there's lot of description from different "words".such as "cover""plug""discover"and so on.this is very big difference. for example:one USA customer think plug via hole should not have any thing fill inside hole,but you think it is yes has.easy to make misunderstanding. so,in order to make more clear,aviod problem happen,AKEN make a pics with words description as folloing:
